Rickie Fowler of USA bests Northern Ireland's Rory McIlroy and D.A Points (USA) after a one-hole playoff to win his first PGA TOUR event. The trio were tied at -14 during regulation play at the US$ 6.5 million event. Arjun Atwal of India recovered well in the final round to finish at tied 21st totalling a -7 score.

Lee Westwood of England overcame fatigue to win his first title of the year with a successful title defence at the US$ 750,000 on Sunday shooting a -16 total. Thaworn Wiratchant (THA) was 2nd with -14. India's Gaganjeet Bhullar and Shiv Kapur were tied 3rd at -12, with compatriot Anirban Lahiri finishing 5th at a total of -11.

South Africa’s Louis Oosthuizen made up for his Masters Tournament heartbreak by cruising to a stylish three-stroke victory at the US$ 2.5 million event in Malaysia. His tournament total stood at -17 and Stephen Gallacher (SCO) was 2nd at -14. Former Asian Tour number ones Jeev Milkha Singh and Jyoti Randhawa of India were the best placed Asians in tied 11th with -8.

USA's Bubba Watson miraculously escaped from the trees right of the 10th fairway, then two-putted for par to win the US$ 8 million event by a shot over Louis Oosthuizen of South Africa. Phil Mickelson (USA) and Lee Westwood (ENG) finished tied 3rd at -8. The favourites for this event, Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy, both finished tied 40th at +5.

After 923 winless days, Tiger Woods re-established himself as a winning force by claiming the US$ 6 million event title with a 5-stroke margin. Graeme McDowell (NIR) and Ian Poulter (ENG) finished 2nd at -8 and 3rd with -6, respectively.
