Improved quality of fairways and varied degree of difficulty induced at well maintained greens can be appreciated only by those who care to observe things minutely; and one needs to have a poitive outlook.     does not give the feel of being on a golf course as on almost every hole you come across a building or the polo ground. A Bull s. . . course developed on a n earlier cricket/hockey ground which still looks the same.
