There are some athletes who combat personal adversity, missed milestones, heartbreaking failures and yet rise like the phoenix in the ashes. They overcome massive challenges that life throws at them and emerge as winners. That explains how India’s starry-eyed Golfer Diksha Dagar navigated the challenges of her life and carved a niche of her own in the Golfing terrain.
Now the young talent is all set to make her Major debut at the forthcoming Evian Championships along with Aditi Ashok. Interestingly, both the women golfers will feature in the Women’s British Open next week too.
Diksha created a stir soon after turning pro with a string of top-10s and also won the South African Open and became the second Indian after Aditi to win a title on Ladies European Tour.
Diksha will play with two highly-talented youngsters Mamiko Higa of Japan and Jenifer of the United States and they will tee off at 8.03 AM, while Aditi plays with Xiyu Lin of China and Ayako Uehara of Japan and they start at 10.15 AM.
What has really made Diksha win the people’s hearts across the world is her valiant personality and charming yet confident expressions to perform even better.
