Maintaining her incredible run at the $5 million Aramco Ladies Saudi International, Indian Star Aditi Ashok came one shot behind the winner Lydia Ko for the second time in three weeks at Royal Greens Golf and Country Club. Firing a total score of 20-under she finished a 4-under 68 in her final round.

Winner Lydia Ko played a total of 21-under who won by one after saving a vital par on the final hole.

Aditi now has a victory in Kenya, securing third-place in Morocco, and this second position in Saudi. She is leading in the Race to Costa del Sol standings for now.
Aditi commented on her strong start to the season, “Yeah, it’s been a great (start). I think 20-under on this golf course with the wind that we had on some of those days, I think it’s a pretty good score.”
“Yeah, I knew I needed to make a few birdies. I knew where I stood after nine when I saw the leaderboard. I didn’t do much until 14.” she said.
Winning a prize money of $420,831.00, she started her first round well by hitting three consecutive birdies on 2nd, 3rd and 4th. While the second round was well taken off by her, especially the back nine where she got 5 birdies and an amazing eagle shot. In the final round she parred most of the holes and birdied 5 holes.

It can be considered as a best season start for her as she accounts a good amount of the prize money till date.
