Bryson DeChambeau: A Comeback to Remember
Thursday’s storms battered Bryson DeChambeau, leading to a rough 78 (+7), tying him for 144th. Faced with the thought of withdrawing, he instead pivoted to positivity.

He then reeled off rounds of 65, 68, and 64—a 16-under weekend—earning a share of tenth place at –9 . His final-round 64 ranked as the joint‑best of the championship .
Reflecting on his turnaround, DeChambeau said:
“I want to go home… but I woke up this morning and I said… I can’t give up.”
His surge also boosted his bid for the U.S. Ryder Cup team .
