In the LPGA Qualifier event held from October 17th to 20th in Florida, two talented young golfers, 17-year-old Sneha Singh from Hyderabad and 20-year-old Pranavi Urs from Mysore, showcased their skills. Previously, during Stage-I in California, both Sneha and Pranavi delivered impressive performances, each finishing with a 4-under 284 total. This performance secured them a shared 36th place out of the 304 participants competing for the 95 available spots in Stage 2. On the other hand, Nicollet, who is permanently based in Orlando, finished with a 1-over 289, placing her in a tie for 89th, but it was sufficient to advance to Stage 2.

The upcoming Stage-II in Florida will see the top 30 and those with equal scores move on to the final qualifying stage set in Alabama from November 30th to December 5th, 2023. This stage will span six rounds, totaling 108 holes of intense competition. In the final qualifier, golfers will vie for a purse of $150,000, with payouts extended to the top 45 and those with matching scores. The participant field will include players ranked 101-150 (and ties) on the current-year LPGA Points List, as well as players ranked 11-35 (and ties) from the Epson Tour. Furthermore, spots will be allocated to players in the top 75 of the Rolex Women’s World Golf Rankings and the top 10 and those with matching scores on the Ladies European Tour.
After the final qualifier, the top 20 and those with equal scores will secure full playing privileges for the 2024 LPGA Tour. Those finishing between positions 21 and 45 (and ties) will earn conditional 2024 LPGA Tour status along with full playing rights on the 2024 Epson Tour. Players outside the top 45 will earn partial Epson Tour playing rights.
