Q & A:-
Q: What’s the most memorable moment of your career so far?
A: It keeps changing as my career progresses! It’s difficult to say ... it’s a close tie between my hole in one at the British Open several years ago and the EurAsia Cup in March where Asia drew with Europe.
Q: What do you do to relax when you’re at home?
A: I love to sleep, watch movies and hang out with friends when I’m home as we’re on the road so much.
Q: What’s your favourite club in the bag?
A: This is another thing that keeps changing ... Every week it’s a different club! But, I’ve been very happy with my driver in the past one year.
Q: What’s your favourite movie?
A: Shawshank Redemption.
Q: What did you think of the inaugural EurAsia Cup presented by DRB-HICOM?
A: It was a milestone event. It turned out better and bigger than what everyone had expected. I am happy, honoured and privileged to be a part of Team Asia, especially to come back from the first day (where Asia lost 0-5). It was a tremendous week.
Q: Who is your favourite female golfer?
A: I don’t really follow ladies golf...
Q: What’s your favourite food on Tour?
A: I’ll definitely say sushi and sashimi.
Q: One sentence to describe the Asian Tour?
A: It feels like my home away from home.
Q: Funniest thing a golf fan or player has said to you?
A: After winning a tournament, I was asked by a fellow pro-am partner what I do for a living!
Q: Who’s your favourite superhero?
A: It’s got to be Batman. The Dark Knight series made him a bigger superhero.
Q: What are your favourite sports apart from golf?
A: I used to play a lot of squash. I can’t anymore because of injury. It’s a great sport.
Q: What’s better for you? A hole in one or loads of birdies?
A: I’ll take loads of birdies any day.
Q: If you cook, what’s the best dish you can make?
A: I actually can make a lot of good dishes. At the risk of sounding like I’m beating my own trumpet, I think I’m a decent cook. My mutton curry is probably what my friends love the most.
