Injuries are unfortunately a part of the career of a sportsperson or an athlete. This is the only factor that can’t be regulated by them. And definitely, Injuries can’t be predicted. An Injury could be as minor as a scratch and as major as a broken bone in sports. It can take a sportsperson out of the field for a longer period of time. After that, comes the recovery factor, that can take months or even years for an athlete to step back into the arena. Post recovery, gaining the form back and to be in a good shape becomes crucial to play the respective sport on a competitive level. Hence, It is very crucial for a sportsperson to make sure that their body is more flexible and less injury prone.

Recently, the golfing veteran Tiger Woods has made a comeback in the PNC championship after recovering from a car accident. Though, the injury was out of the golf course, still it would have been a tough deed for him to get into the zone again after a 9-month recovery.

What should be the approach of a sportsperson for his recovery? What’s your take on that?
