In this day and age almost all golf equipment is manufactured in china purely for cost reasons. An original TM or any other oem product would be the same wherever it was made. The fakes are the problem. Those have no quality control. Products over a year or max 2 old are available for a bargain in the US. 500 dollar drivers are available for a 100 dollars, but those same prices are not available in India. Find someone who can bring you one or two clubs and you will really save a fortune. Bringing a full set is where customs start to get fussy because they want to get bribed for looking the other way.
