Ariya Jutanugarn is all set to make it big at the Scottish Open that starts from today.  The Thai golfer, who believes that being happy is more than pressurising herself, is geared up to enjoy two weeks of links golf at this week's Ladies Scottish Open.

The inaugural Ladies Scottish Open tees off today at Dundonald Links in North Ayrshire.

"It's going to be so hard and a real challenge for me. It's going to be fun," said. "I only played nine holes yesterday. What I like about it, I think it's hard. So it's going to be really hard to make a low score because the greens are really firm."

Ariya is hoping to end her slump before the defence of her title at next week's Women's British Open, the year's fourth major tournament. Ariya, who took a break last week, has missed the cut at two major tournaments at the Women's PGA Championship and US Women's Open.

Eight other Thais will also take part in the Ladies Scottish Open including Moriya Jutanugarn and Pornanong Phatlum.
