GOLF RELATED INFORMATION

GOLF SETS – Available for hire at the Golf courses, to be paid directly by the golfer.

DRESS CODE FOR GOLF
Collared T-Shirts, stitched shorts or trousers and soft spike shoes.
Jeans, collarless T-Shirts and metal spikes are not permitted on the courses.

DRAW
Will be done before we leave for Thailand. We request you to inform us in case you have any preferences of whom to play with.

OTHER POINTS:
       • One caddie and cart per golfer at each golf course
       • Goodie bag with event souvenirs and products
       • Golf bag valet service between courses and hotel
       • On-site support with English speaking staff

IMPORTANT THINGS to NOTE:

Kindly choose flights that get you into Thailand by 8.30 am on the 6th of November. Golfers will be proceeding straight to the golf course while the spouses will head for the Hotel.
VISA on arrival is FREE till 30th December.
Golfers are requested to carry 2 sets of change, golf shoes, in their cabin bags as we would be heading straight to the golf course.
2 golf bag tags are being sent to all golfers – Please tag your golf set and the golf set’s cover with the same.
Luggage tags will also be provided for other pieces of luggage.
Kindly carry umbrellas as there is a possibility of rain.
Kindly do activate THAILAND roaming, before you leave India from Airtel or Vodafone which costs 1199/- for 5 days, else it is very expensive.
Travel Itinerary - KINDLY PROVIDE US WITH THE FOLLOWING:

The vehicle will leave from the airport for the golf course in between 10 am and 11 am. All are requested to kindly make flight arrangements accordingly.
