Flagstick in or out?

According to the New Rules of Golf, players have the option to no longer attend the flag and instead keep it in or take it out as they choose.

Should golfers leave the flagstick in or take the flagstick out?

Putting with the flagstick in? Let’s put it this way, if I’m trying the make a putt that means something, flagstick is coming out.

I feel leaving the flagstick in can boost the pace of play. Also, having the flag in holds a greater advantage aiming point for shorter putts.
