Hi, my caddie is interested in participating in a tournament for which he requires a handicap certificate. Is his home course, where he plays regularly on weekdays, eligible to do so, despite not being a member of the course?
Most courses do issue a certificate once the golfer submits 5 attested score cards of that golf course. He should check with the management and should be able to get the certificate.
