I placed an order for 3 dozen TaylorMade Penta TP3 golf balls (buy 2 get one free offer) on 23rd August 2014, for which I paid Rs 6,400 by credit card.
After innumerable phone calls, messages and emails to the proprietor, Mark Antony, over the past year and sheer persistence on my part, recently coupled with threats of legal action, I finally received, on October 4, 2015 - more than a year after placing the order - 3 dozen ghastly orange T‑Zoid Mizuno golf balls.
Apart from being cheap, hard balls (bright orange to boot), these are priced at Rs 1500 per dozen, according to the importer's label on the box, amounting to value received of Rs 4,500.
Remember, I paid Rs 6,400 for 2 dozen superior TaylorMade balls, priced at Rs 3,200 per dozen and was supposed to receive a third box free.
Not only have I been cheated of Rs 1,700 (Rs 3,200 - Rs 1,500) per dozen, but they are also not playable, given that I am a single handicapper. This amounts to a direct loss of Rs 1,700 x 2 = Rs 3,400, plus another Rs 1,700 if you consider the 'buy 2 get one free' offer that originally attracted me. A total loss of Rs 5,100.
Apart from the year's delay, this is blatant cheating and must be punished, if only by ensuring that all golfers shun and boycott this unscrupulous organisation.
Sadly, I do not have the time nor the inclination to pursue legal action, given the vagaries of our legal system, but I thought it might be a good idea to share my experience amongst the golfing fraternity.

I have no doubt that several persons would have been affected bg their fraudulent dealings and lying ways. Yes Mr Mark Antony - this refers to you. Incidentally, they still haven't squared up with me.
I too have had a tough time with this site. However, thankfully I felt they were not being open about the products displayed when I tried contacting them so decided to buy my clubs elsewhere. Good to know my instincts about them were correct. Thank you for sharing your experience.
They should have refunded your money ... How difficult is that? .. I hope the company replies to you after this post.
