Hi this is Ashutosh Sharma.
If a tee shot hits an obstacle and comes back to the same tee box can I play it as it lies or is it mandatory to bring it back between the markers for the next shot and would there be penalty for the same.

    The ball has to be played as it lies ..... there is NO penalty.
