I may not totally agree with you Rajan ... My view is that DDA should take out a tender for a PPP (Public Private partnership) model with a clear blue print of a sports complex with Golf Course. This has been successfully been done at Manesar Golf Course in Gurgaon. The same has been taken over by ASCOT Hotels ... ! ... By making a public park will not help in anything.! ... Also, at Qutab Golf course the membership cost of Bureaucrats went up to Rs.1200.
