Should defence-owned courses be opened up for the civilians to help grow Golf in India ?

Golf in India is not accessible to anyone and everyone who’s looking to learn or play the game as 70% to 75% of the Golf courses are Defence-owned courses and civilians do not have access to the same. 


Should Defence-owned courses be opened up for the civilians to help grow Golf in India and produce more Shubhankar Sharmas and Anirban Lahiris?
