The Lakeside was the first course to be built and as the name suggests, water comes into play on 14 of the 18 holes. The addition of small greens and swamp land contribute to a tough little test of golf. The Lakeside Course at Kings Island plays around Don Mo Lake and features plenty of water. It was the first course built at the resort (1993) and although it isn’t particularly long by modern standards, the many water hazards and swamp land, and well protected greens, ensures golfers don’t get carried away. The layout is also floodlit, meaning visitors can play at any time during the day!
