Course Description

The 27-hole Crystal Bay Golf Resort course designed by Thai Takenaka and opened for play in 1988 under the original name of Natural Park Resort. From 2010 to 2016 it was owned by and operated under the Legacy golf group of properties. The Pattaya golf course is now a stand-alone golf resort 45 minutes from Pattaya and 1.5 hours from Bangkok. Described as ‘Hawaiian’ style with palm tree-lined holes, Crystal Bay is one of the mid-tier Pattaya golf courses. The Pattaya golf course is a straightforward 27-hole layout comprised of three nine-hole loops which vary in elevation and hazards. The course is a mixture of styled fairways with an occasional links-type hole. Water is omnipresent, mostly bordering fairways though some waterways do require a carry onto the green. Bunkers play an integral role in determining play, making precision shots imperative.
