Course Description

Laguna Golf Bintan is an 18-hole, par-72 golf course in Bintan, Kepulauan Riau, Indonesia, located in the Lagoi resort area of northern Bintan Island. Originally designed by renowned Australian golfer Greg Norman, this scenic golf course spans approximately 60 hectares of tropical landscape. The layout combines lush jungle, natural wetlands, beachfront coconut groves and dramatic granite rock formations. Golfers can enjoy sea views on holes 2–4, peaceful lagoon surroundings on holes 6–8, and challenging jungle terrain across several later holes. The signature 17th hole is particularly memorable, requiring a shot over striking natural rock formations with the sea as a spectacular backdrop. Laguna Golf Bintan offers a distinctive golfing experience for beginners and experienced players seeking scenic coastal golf in Indonesia. Facilities include a pro shop, locker rooms and a clubhouse café serving local and international cuisine. Its location near popular resort properties and beaches makes it an appealing destination for golfers searching for golf courses in Bintan, a golf club in Lagoi, golf courses near northern Bintan, or places to play golf in Kepulauan Riau. With its combination of tropical scenery, coastal holes and challenging terrain, Laguna Golf Bintan is a notable choice for an 18-hole golf experience in the Riau Islands.
