Course Description

Oakmont Country Club, located in Oakmont, Pennsylvania, is one of the most prestigious and challenging golf courses in the United States. Designed by Henry Fownes and opened in 1903, the course is famous for its narrow fairways, deep bunkers—especially the iconic "Church Pews"—and lightning-fast greens. It has hosted more major championships than any other U.S. course, including nine U.S. Opens, with the tenth scheduled for 2025. Historic moments include Johnny Miller’s legendary 63 in the 1973 U.S. Open. Oakmont continues to test the skills of the world’s best golfers and stands as a symbol of American golf excellence.
