Osaka Golf Club, established in 1937 in Misaki, Osaka Prefecture, is Japan’s only seaside parkland championship course in the Kansai region. Designed by Osamu Ueda, its 18-hole, par-72 layout features tight, undulating fairways and towering pine trees, all overlooking Osaka Bay. Coastal wind adds strategic challenge—especially on the iconic 3rd, 7th, and dramatic par-3 14th and 18th with steep ravines and Allison-style bunkers. The course, ranked among Asia-Pacific’s top 100, reopened after WWII in the early 1950s and offers spectacular ocean views and technical demands for seasoned golfers.
