COURSE DETAILS

Hyatt Regency Hua Hin and Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok, in association with the Banyan Golf Club, invite amateur golf enthusiasts to join us at the fourth annual “Hyatt Open 2013” – a two-day tournament. 36 holes of golf will be played over two days on Saturday, 20 and Sunday, 21 July 2013 at the Banyan Golf Club, Hua Hin.

The special golf package starts from:-

Baht 20,800 net for one player 
Baht 28,800 net for two players (twin sharing basis)



The package includes the following:

• Two-night accommodation and breakfast at Hyatt Regency Hua Hin on Friday 19 and Saturday, 20 July 2013 including a welcome dinner on Saturday, 20 July 2013 at the hotel.

• Tournament fee for two days, golf cart and caddy, golf tournament shirt and cap, attendance at the prize-giving lunch on day two, snacks and beverage in the hosted kiosks during the tournament.

• A welcome dinner at Hyatt Regency Hua Hin

• Round-trip transfers between Hyatt Regency Hua Hin and Banyan Golf Club. The shuttle van will leave the resort at 9:00 AM on Saturday, 20 July and at 6:30 AM on Sunday, 21 July, please be present at the lobby by the mentioned time to join the organised transfers.

Note: Airline tickets are not included. Transportation to and from Bangkok will be arranged by participants individually.

Hyatt Open 2013 Champion
The player with the lowest overall nett score over the two-day competition will be announced as Hyatt Open 2013 Champion and awarded with the Hyatt Open Trophy in a traditional silver Claret Jug design.

1st Hole-in-One
A brand new Toyota Vios will be given to the first person to get a hole in one during the tournament

TOURNAMENT FORMAT

• Shotgun starts at 12:00 noon on Saturday, 20 July and at 8:00am on Sunday, 21 July (please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start)
• The Banyan Golf Club will prepare the draw and starting holes
• This is a full Handicap Stroke play event (USGA & R&A Rules apply)
• Tees on both days will be played from: - Blue (6,600 yards) for men - Red (5,300 yards) for ladies
• Leaders of the first round will be paired together on the second day
• The prize-giving lunch will be held at Banyan Golf Club from 2:00pm on Sunday, 21 July, 2013
• “Nearest the Pin” and “Longest Drive” prizes will also be awarded from both days’ play
• Maximum handicap allowances: 24 for men and 32 for ladies
• A Fantasy Team event will be held in conjunction with The Open at Muirfield
• Each player will be drawn with one PGA Pro competing at The Open at Muirfield over the same weekend.
• The combined nett scores will be used to determine a team score. Prizes will be awarded for the top three team scores.
