December 10th 2009, Gurgaon: Karanjit Singh Sandhu (67, 76, 69) of the DLF Golf & Country Club leads the field at the end of round three of the Aircel-PGTI’s Final Qualifying Stage for the 2010 season. Sandhu’s total reads four under 212 at the moment. Delhi’s Anirudh Goyal (76, 70, 69) and Rajiv Kumar Jatiwal (74, 71, 70) of Chandigarh share second place with matching totals of one under 215. Matloob Ahmed Rana of Pakistan, American Peter Henry Bronson and Nepal’s Shiva Ram Shrestha are a further stroke behind in tied fourth place.
Karanjit Singh Sandhu’s bogey-free 69 on Thursday featured birdies on the fifth, 11th and 12th.
At the end of round four on Friday, the top 42 (+ ties) will earn full cards for the 2010 Aircel-PGTI season.
