The Re-Development work of the Qutab Golf Course is scheduled to begin on Monday, 29th August 2016. The process of re-development includes construction of fresh Tee’s, Fairways, Greens and rough area. This would also include construction of water bodies and installation of state of the art irrigation and drainage system.

The work will be carried out in two phases whereby nine holes would be taken up for re-construction at a time. In the first phase, holes 01 to 08 and the18th hole will be taken up for re-construction. After completion of work and the course rendered for play, the next nine holes will go for re-construction. Thereby, at any given time nine holes will be available for play. The phase-wise work is estimated to take 12 months period per phase. The entire work is estimated to be completed in 2 years.

In the revised scenario, during the first phase, the play will begin from the erstwhile Hole No 11 and culminate on Hole No 10. The holes have been renumbered. Those desirous of playing 18 holes will have to repeat the nine holes.

While all charges remain unchanged, the only concession that is being extended is to those Pay & Play golfers who choose to play only nine holes will be charged half the green fee of the day. Any addition of hole played will entail payment of full green fee.
