December 9th 2009, Gurgaon: Muhammad Siddique (70, 72) of Pakistan leads the field at the end of round two of the Aircel-PGTI’s Final Qualifying Stage for the 2010 season. Siddique’s total reads two under 142 at the moment. Nepal’s Shiva Ram Shrestha (72, 71) and Karanjit Singh Sandhu (67, 76) of the DLF Golf & Country Club share second place with matching totals of one under 143. Mohd. Yamin of DLF Golf & Country Club and Pakistan’s Imdad Hussain are a further stroke behind in tied fourth place.

The cut was declared at 13 over 157. Eighty-one players made the cut for the remaining two rounds on Thursday and Friday.

Muhammad Siddique’s second round of even par 72 included birdies on the 10th, 18th, fourth and bogeys on the 15th, second and eighth.

At the end of round four on Friday, the top 42 (+ ties) will earn full cards for the 2010 Aircel-PGTI season.
