The German star Sophie Hausmann (64) and Diksha (72) matched for third place, despite the fact that Dubai-based Kristyna Napoleaova defeated Cara Gainer on the first hole of the play-off after shooting rounds of 71 each to finish at 14-under.
Diksha, who started the fourth and final round two shots behind Cara Gainer and Kristyna Napoleaova, bogeyed the first hole, but quickly recovered with three birdies between the second and fifth holes and added a fourth birdie for the day to take a share of the lead after eight holes.
Diksha bogeyed three holes in a row from the ninth to the eleventh, dropping her from 14-under to 11-under.
Diksha ended with 72 and a total of 11-under, three strokes behind Cara Gainer (71) and Kristyna Napoleaova (71), who went into a play-off, prolonging her quest for a second title on the Ladies European Tour.
On the first play-off hole, Kristyna went on to triumph.
Avani Prashanth (70), one of the other Indians, regained some composure that had seemed to have left her following a stellar opening round of 65. She came in T-39, while Ridhima Dilawari (75) and Vani Kapoor (75) fell to T-65.
