Scott Langley's 10-foot putt hangs on the edge of the cup for 23 seconds and finally falls in for birdie on the par-3 16th hole. This happened at The 2014 Memorial Tournament's final round.

Are you aware of the actual time a golfer is allowed to wait for the ball to drop as per the official golf rules? Let us know in the comments section

The rule is 10 seconds, if it is not moving. But if it is a moving ball, like in this, then there is no time limit!

Most amateur golfers would tap it in for a PAR .... I think the rule is 30 sec wait for it to fall.
