Maguire finished the Women's PGA Championship with a birdie to earn her eighth consecutive round in the 60s. She now leads Meadow by two strokes and Shin by one shot going into Sunday's final round.

At the height of her game, Maguire. Her performance has continued at ancient Baltusol, the home of 12 major championships, after she claimed victory in Michigan last week for her second LPGA Tour triumph. In the opening 54 holes, she had made 48 of the 54 greens and 38 of the 42 fairways. Her 2-under 69 on Saturday gave her a 7-under total on a challenging but manageable course after two days of sporadic rain softened the greens.
Maguire was at the top of her game. After she won in Michigan last week for her second LPGA Tour victory, her success has continued at historic Baltusol, the site of 12 major championships. She had successfully completed 48 of the 54 greens and 38 of the 42 fairways in the first 54 rounds. After two days of intermittent rain softened the greens, she shot a 2-under 69 on Saturday to finish the course, which was difficult but achievable, at 7-under.

Mel Reid
After shooting a second-round 67, Mel Reid of England, who was one shot off the lead, need 10 more strokes. So let's say nine. Along with Americans Megan Khang and Mina Harigae, as well as Japanese player Yuka Saso, Xiyu Lin, who began the round one shot behind Maguire, dropped to 2-under 211.
With a 68 and a tap-in eagle at the par-5 18th, Rose Zhang, who earlier this month triumphed in her professional debut, moved into contention at 1 under. The 20-year-old had a televised interview, but after her round, she left the media.
Rookie Celine Borge of Norway shot 74 and finished at 212, one stroke ahead of Brooke Henderson of Canada (72) and Minjee Lee of Australia (75), who is ranked No. 5 in the world.
