Indian golfer Aditi Ashok tied 58th on the leaderboard for AIG Women’s British Open at 4 over, closing Round 3 with 75 par on the fairway at Carnoustie Golf Links. She tied position with English amateur golfer, Annabell Fuller.
Striking in a play of three birdies and four bogeys, Aditi Ashok happens to have a tougher Round 3 in comparison to the previous days at the British Open.
Leading the charts, Denmark’s golfer Nanna Koerstz Madsen and Sweden’s Anna Nordqvist played the course at 9 under par, with 68 strokes and 65 strokes respectively in Round 3. Nanna Koerstz Madsen made a mark with three birdies, a bogey and a spectacular eagle while Swedish golfer, Anna Nordqvist played seven birdie strokes.
Other significant golfers are still competing for their best to reach on top of the table, as the USA’s Lizette Salas is playing on the third position with 8 under, while World No 1 Nelly Korda tied 8th on the leaderboard with 6 under.
As the closing day of the tournament pulls in, the anticipation of who might lift the trophy will be a breathtaking moment at the AIG Women’s British Open.
