About me: Currently, Senior Managing Director @Accenture where I lead our Advanced Technology Centers in India. Would have loved to be a professional sports guy, but realized early on that there was a considerable deficiency in one small area called talent, so decided on the next best thing, have spent all of my adult life with the Technology Industry in US and India. But that has not stopped me from being an avid golf fan who passionately believes I can post my best score the next time I play.
Dream Golf moment: Yet to come, hoping Fred Couples can teach me how to hit long with so little effort.
Interesting snippets: A Golf game with your friends is the only time in life where you are trash talking and fighting for 100 rupees as if your life is depended on it
One thing I would like to change about Golf: Wouldn’t change anything, the game is great for being what it is.
My favourite golf superstition: Pray on the tee box that I hit straight and long
My dream 4-ball: Tiger, Mickelson, Fred Couples and of course myself.
What is my awareness about the accessibility of Golf in India: From what I see, the sport has picked up considerable interest in the country, see a lot of children taking up golf. Golf has a great future in India as we become an economic superpower.
