About me: I would describe myself as a typical army brat born in Rohtak then raised and transferred across the country. The first time I picked up a club was in 2009 in Ahmednagar where my dad introduced me to this sport and ever since the journey has been onwards and upwards.

Turning a professional three years back has been my fondest memory making 2015 the milestone year in my life.

 

 

Dream 4-ball: Well my dream 4-ball for sure has to be Tiger Woods, Dustin Jhonson and my father, without a doubt.

 

Why golf and not any other sport:  Golf as a sport has made me calmer as a person. It has kept me close to nature and more importantly given me more time with my father whose wisdom I value the most. I've always been athletic in general and have actively participated in most sports as and when I got the chance to but somehow the special corner I have for golf is very precious. It provides me with fulfilment and contentment.

 

Any golf superstition: It's a belief that cannot be explained by reason but I've this weird habit where I refrain from cutting my nails during match week. And it's just become a thing now!

 

 Golfing achievements:

·         I finished 2nd in Digboi last year taking my confidence at an all-time high.

·          I've also been lucky enough to bag the second position in Chittagong earlier this year in March during my birthday week.

·         I've sunk a bunch of eagles under my name to top the maximum number of Eagles last year.

 

 

 What would you like to change about golf:  I think it's one of the finest games and very well-articulated however a few new upcoming rules are lined up for 2019. This would boost the young players and increase the pace of play simplifying the game to help beginners learn and play this sport effectively.
