I retired from he Indian Railways as Addl. member of the Railway Board in 2002. My basic interest is to play golf, and consequently am constantly blackmailed by members of my playing group. For me all weather conditions are good for golf , and every excuse to put of everything else tp play golf is good. So my playing mates for whom every excuse is good enough to avoid golf , specially if their respective wives apply the ban,are always blackmailing me. Help!!!
