About me: All of 15 just turned 16 couple of days back. Been representing India from the past 3 years. Native from Mysore, I started playing Golf at the age of 6 years at my home course J.W.G.C Mysore. Started playing Golf watching my dad and brother play.

Played my first South Zone Junior Golf when I was 6 years and came 2 nd in my debut. Since then there is no looking back.

On making Golf popular and accessible to Junior Golfers: Golf is a very expensive game and should be introduced at a grassroots level. Junior students think that Golf is a very expensive game and they opt out to play other sports. To educate and introduce golf at the school level will be the next challenge.

On the Growth of Junior Golf in India: Junior Golf in India has definitely come a long way with the Indian Golf Union conducting ALL INDIA GOLF RANKING TOURNAMENTS which provides Junior Golfers to play across the country in different playing conditions.

The National team is selected based on the points they accumulate over the calendar year.

There are a lot of other tournaments conducted by Albatross Junior tour and Callaway and other Junior tournaments which have given access to Golfers to play in as many tournaments they want.

There are a lot of promising Junior players like myself who have shown potential to make it big in the International circuit. For eg Diksha Dagar who was our team member and we played quite often on International tournaments representing India has made India proud by winning on the Ladies European Tour.

I am sure very soon we will see an Indian Golfer winning LPGA.

My dream golf at the moment:  Dream, believe, achieve is my motto. Still a long way to go.
