Indian star Anirban Lahiri has garnered all the praise in the International Series Vietnam, a $2million golf tournament. In this tournament 156 golfers from 28 nations competed for the total prize purse.

Anirban Lahiri
Lahiri shot an 8-under par 64 round in the play-off with Kieran Vincent where he stood one shot behind at the final 18th hole as Vincent birdied the hole and Lahiri made it to par. Anirban tied-2 with Australian player Kevin Yuan by taking home a prize money of USD173,000
Seven-time Asian Tour winner Anirban Lahiri was a strong player after storming through the field in the fifth from the last group, making eight birdies in his first 14 holes. However, he could only par the last four holes. The 35 year old golfer, teed up and finished 2nd in his second International Series, in 2022’s season-ending Indonesian Masters – an event Lahiri won in 2014, the year before he claimed the Asian Tour Order of Merit title.

Kieran Vincent
He was Asian Tour’s number one player in 2015 before he embarked on a great career on the PGA Tour as well. Lahiri said, ''I'm happy with the way I played, disappointed not to make a couple more coming in''.
''You know I got off to a really good start. I kind of found my rhythm yesterday and today so that was nice. Yeah, a little upset not to make maybe one or two in the last four holes which are very gettable. So yeah, great week, but it's disappointing. I've had so many seconds now I need to break this habit of mine.'' The Indian star heads to the LIV Golf Adelaide event next week before LIV Golf Singapore.
Zimbabwean golfer, Kieran Vincent took the winner’s trophy in his second year as a professional golfer where he beated Anirban Lahiri in the playoff at KN Golf Links. He had a 12-foot birdie putt on the 18th hole to beat Lahiri and Australian Kevin Yuan by one stroke. The 25-year-old Kieran won USD 360,000.

Veer Ahlawat (69) was tied 56th, Karandeep Kochhar (69) was tied 61st, while Kartik Sharma (73) and SSP Chawrasia (75) were tied 71st.
