If a statement issued by Golf Channel's Tim Rosaforte is to be believed, former US President Barack Obama hit the links with 14-time major winner Tiger Woods and American retired professional basketball player Michael Jordan.

Obama teed it up with Tiger Woods at the Floridian on Saturday, and on Monday Obama played with Michael Jordan.

He also got a lesson from Claude Harmon III during that span. Harmon, a GOLF Top 100 Teacher and the son of legendary instructor Butch Harmon, works out of the Floridian and coaches some of the top pros in the game, including World No. 1 Dustin Johnson.

Tiger Woods would soon start his year of golfing by participating in the PGA’s Farmers Insurance Open at Torrey Pines in just a week.
